I have been a bad blogger this winter and I apologize.
Dom and I had a great time on our way home from Italy. We went to Austin/San Antonio, Texas and saw the inaugural Formula 1 Grand Prix at the new Circuit of the Americas. It was a fun five days and I really should have done a post about it. I still might, possibly after we get to Italy. I am just have too much to do right now.
Life has been busy, busy, busy since we got back to the U.S. starting with Thanksgiving three days after our return. We have been working hard and playing hard. The latter has been mostly snow skiing. It has been a wonderful season in the Cascade Mountains outside of Seattle. Yesterday we were lucky to have about 6-12 inches of powder snow and it was a marvelous day.
Our plans are set for our spring trip. We depart on March 28 with my youngest nephew, Peter. He will be with us for the first ten days and we will show him Rome, Tuscany and Amsterdam before sending him back home.
